Korean Portraits

As Curatorial Assistant for Korean Art, I contributed to the special exhibition Likeness and Legacy in Korean Portraiture, held at the Asian Art Museum (27 August–29 November 2021). The exhibition presented Joseon-dynasty portraiture alongside contemporary works exploring portrait-making, identity and representation.

In this role, I developed exhibition proposals, managed the object checklist and liaised with stakeholders across Korea and the United States. I also authored catalogue entries and reviewed and edited exhibition interpretive materials.
